Shipping policy

 

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Everything is assembled and
tested by hand before it goes out, so a device is never shipped straight from
a box.

You get a tracking number by email when it leaves.

Transit

About two weeks to most destinations. Some countries clear customs faster than
others, and a parcel occasionally sits at a sorting centre for a few days
without the tracking updating — that is normal and it usually moves on its
own.

Duties and taxes

Included in the price. Nothing to pay on delivery.

If a courier asks you for money before handing over the parcel, do not pay it.
Email support@beacon-kvm.com and we will deal with it.

Where we ship

Worldwide, with two exceptions:

- Addresses a courier will not serve — some remote islands, PO boxes in a few
  countries, and military addresses
- Countries under trade restrictions

If checkout will not accept your address, write to us before assuming it can't
be done.

Plug type

Choose US, UK or EU at checkout. The power supply is 100–240 V, so only the
plug differs.

If a parcel is lost

If tracking has not moved for three weeks, email us. We will chase the courier,
and if it is genuinely lost we send a replacement. You do not pay twice.

Wrong address

Tell us the same day if you notice a mistake — before dispatch we can change
it. After dispatch we cannot, and a parcel returned to us can be re-sent at
your cost.
